Step by Step Masoor Dal Tadka Recipe with Pictures:
Masoor dal or Red lentils is one of the commonly found staples in Indian kitchen. Basically, there are two variations of this dal. One is skinned and another one is the whole dal also know as sabut masoor dal.
Masoor dal is a very healthy and nutritious item as it contains a huge amount of proteins.
In this recipe, we are going to use skinned masoor dal. The dish is very simple and takes about 20 -25 minutes of time. It can be eaten with either rice or chapati. My favourite is to eat with chapati.
